Simulation
Tiny Port Harbor
★★★★☆ 3.9
Tiny Port Harbor is a management sim with the edges filed off. You lay out docks, warehouses, and cranes, then set routes for a growing fleet of chubby cargo boats. The challenge is flow, not stress: tangled routes cause jams, and a good layout runs itself like clockwork.
There's a quiet satisfaction in watching a port you designed hum along. New boat types and bigger contracts keep nudging you to rethink the layout, and the numbers never get so complicated that it turns into a spreadsheet.
It does run out of fresh ideas after a while, which is why it's not rated higher. Still, as a low-pressure sim to tinker with, it's a pleasant one to keep installed.
What we liked
- Soothing flow-based logistics
- Watching a tidy port run itself is oddly addictive
- No stress timers or fail states to spoil the mood
