Coin Strike
Coin Strike is one of those games that explains itself in the first ten seconds and keeps you around for weeks. You drag back from a disc on the table, aim with a thin trajectory line, and release to send it sliding into the others. The goal is to clear the board by pushing opponent pieces off the edges while keeping yours in play. It's physics, timing, and a bit of cheek.
The feel of the flicking is the whole game, and they nailed it. Discs have real weight, they bump and spin off each other, and a well-placed shot that clears three pieces at once genuinely feels great. Later stages throw in moving platforms and narrow ledges that punish lazy aiming, so there's a steady climb in difficulty without it ever feeling cheap.
Controls are pure one-thumb, which makes it perfect for a bus ride or a queue. A round takes a minute or two. My only gripe is that a few of the mid-game boards repeat their layouts, but the handling is so satisfying that I kept playing anyway. Easy to recommend as a pick-up-anytime arcade game.
